Continually pushing the boundaries of innovation and redefining the benchmark for excellence, we set the standards others want to follow. We want to keep it that way too. Which is where you join the journey.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Our vehicles are admired and desired across the world for luxurious design and outstanding engineering. Our Engineering and Manufacturing team are driving this incredible experience; being the ideas and expertise behind their creation is even more exhilarating.

As a Lead Auditor you'll be part of the Quality Operations Team. You’ll be involved with planning and auditing New Model vehicles right through to Job 1, covering all aspects of the World Class Product Audit (WCPA). Responsibilities include dynamic assessments and supporting the launch related deliverables as and when required.

The team manage the timely and robust action of internal audit findings and Jaguar Land Rover certification. They plan, implement and report on internal audits whilst supporting timely and robust action for closure of internal audit findings and report back on their status. They are continually sustaining, developing and improving process standards and documentation.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

Along with enthusiasm, drive, commitment, and a results-driven mentality, you’ll require a broad understanding of Manufacturing Processes with a working knowledge of Product Audits/Processes and Quality Standards.

You’ll have experience in leading robust audits and the ability to resolve quality issues. There will be an expectation to report back to all levels of the organisation on findings, so naturally strong communication skills are essential. You’ll be able to operate autonomously, working under pressure in a structured, organised manner. You’ll ideally be degree educated in a relevant discipline and have a proven track record in problem solving and leading internal audits within an automotive organisation.

BENEFITS

Bring all this to the home of premium innovation, and you will find the opportunities to further your career with a world-class team. Our employees have access to a privilege car purchase scheme, membership of a competitive pension plan, performance related bonus scheme and 26 days holiday entitlement. All this and more makes Jaguar Land Rover the perfect place to continue your journey.

Jaguar Land Rover is committed to equal opportunity for all.
