The Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DE&I) Team define and drive these agendas across JLR, ensuring visibility of DE&I for our employees and working towards shaping a workplace where everyone can be their authentic self.


Reporting to one of the Global DE&I Managers you will be responsible for projects across multiple areas, ensuring the DE&I message reaches all parts of the business. 


You will seek to explore and understand needs and strategic imperatives of the business. Acting upon these, and incorporating both internal and external insights, you will prioritise, develop and deliver appropriate solutions and put in place mechanisms to measure and report on outcomes achieved and value gained.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
 

  • Project management of and publication of DE&I review
  • Work with Stakeholders regarding policies to drive a collaborative approach to DE&I 
  • Designing data dasboards in order to effectively analyse, brief and report on 
  • Manage all data requirements with an understanding of GDPR, data analysis and insight, from both SAP data and Pulse data.
  • Embed and manage the equity plan deep dives, into each HR process and create action plans to drive what changes must be made to make them more equitable.
  • Understand the people processes within Human Resources in order to effectively suggest changes ensuring a fair and objective decision making process


WHAT YOU'LL NEED
 

  • Project management and stakeholder management skills 
  • Experience of working with a demanding workload, with multiple deadlines
  • Commercial understanding of budgets and cost effective solutions
  • Strong analytical skills to identify how data can be utilised to focus on priority areas
  • Strong data calculations and insight skills to build action plans and report on targets
