As the Technical Specialist for Climate Control, you’ll design, develop, and shape the future of Climate Control Systems. You’ll find visionary developments in everything from advanced control systems to new technology hardware to meet our plans for electrification and improved comfort and refinements. You’ll also develop a vision for technical delivery of the Climate attribute and systems.


You’ll the be the technical leader of engineers who are specifying, delivering, developing, calibrating, and troubleshooting climate control within our business. You’ll develop best technical practice and lead knowledge transfer, whilst collaborating to deliver vehicle and business alignment with other areas of the organisation. You’ll support research projects and provide technical leadership in the protection of intellectual property.




You’ll have in-depth knowledge and technical expertise in climate control systems, climate technologies, requirements setting, modelling, and software delivery. You’ll have the analytical skills to conduct complex research and development of new technologies and to diagnose and solve complex problems. A strong communicator, you’ll have the ability to effectively explain complex ideas at all levels.
