WHAT TO EXPECT

The Human Resources team at Jaguar Land Rover has recently undergone a massive transformation project. That’s why we need your help to keep us focused as we move forward on our path to a successful transition.

The Global Reward Centre of Expertise designs, develops, and delivers strategies across Jaguar Land Rover in relation to reward and benefits policies and processes. As Reward Analyst you will scan the external environment to identify best practices in reward, considering their applicability to Jaguar Land Rover to then develop and deploy policies, processes, and initiatives as appropriate.

You’ll provide reward support for projects, particularly relating to the setup of new ventures in both UK and Global markets. Alongside ensuring remuneration packages are externally competitive while maintaining internal equality, you’ll support business projects and work closely with the Reward Projects manager. Keeping abreast of key trends and industry movements, you’ll develop strong external networks and ensure effective deployment of Reward approaches and tools.

You’ll develop business cases, including financial modelling and data analysis, and drive effective practices through collaboration with the wider HR community to up skill across the organisation.

This is a 12 month fixed term contract.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

As a Reward Analyst, you’ll have previous experience of working in a Reward analyst role/s with a proven track record of delivery of successful Reward projects with ideally international Reward experience.

You’ll be commercially astute with an ability to understand the business function that this role supports and have proven Project Management experience using Project Management techniques e.g. Project Planning, Risk Management etc.

You’ll apply your working knowledge of key Reward practices, best practices and industry knowledge when negotiating with internal and external stakeholders and customers. You’ll have strong analytical skills to identify how one issue can impact on another and put in place the required interventions through support or from own knowledge base.
