WHAT TO EXPECT

 

Using state-of-the-art facilities, you’ll provide the power behind our vehicles working in our Powertrain Engineering team. You'll find the ideal balance between performance and sustainability, while responding to the environmental issues that shape our industry.

 

You’ll beresponsible for delivering specific Power Electronics commodities from Kick-Off to final implementation phase. This is a high visibility role – you’ll have to cascade and agree requirements with a wide range of stakeholders from around the business. Good interpersonal skills, time management and planning are essential.

 

Reporting in to the Design & Release Power Electronics Group Leader  you will support all programme delivery processes. Here, you’ll design, develop and shape the future of our electronic systems, helping us find visionary developments in everything from Hybrid vehicles and Infotainment to Advanced Electronic Systems Integration and Electrics.

 

You’ll contribute to the planning, co-ordination, delivery and reporting of requirements to support the Cycle Plan programmes and Cycle Plan studies. Contributing to the on time delivery of the component and software being developed, ensuring appropriate quality and right cost, will also be part of your responsibility.

 

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

 

You’ll need experience in TCDS and PCDS development process and you’ll also have to capable of leading GRADE, EMC testing, HILST testing, supplier commodity planning. Good knowledge on component releasing process using WERS and iPLM is also required and knowledge of CAN tools such as CANape, CANoe, CANalyser, INCA.
