An ever-evolving heritage. A truly exciting future. Two of the world’s most iconic brands. Jaguar Land Rover is revered across the globe. Continually pushing the boundaries of innovation and redefining the benchmark for excellence, we set the standards others want to follow. We want to keep it that way too. Which is where you join the journey.

This is the key technical department for the product creation process, leading the engineering from concept to customer. There are three parts to it: Attribute Quality and Process, Vehicle Integrity Team and Vehicle Engineering Management. Working here, you’ll give our vehicles their unique characteristics. It's all part of creating vehicles that delight customers and set us apart from the competition.

Thermal and Aerodynamic Systems Engineering (TASE) is an attribute group within Vehicle Engineering, responsible for the delivery of the whole vehicle thermal management and aerodynamics attributes, and development of associated tool sets.

As the Operations Coordinator, you’ll have a pivotal role within the entire extended TASE team. You’ll be responsible for ensuring the administration and facilitation of a broad set of deliverables to enable smooth and efficient operations. Your areas of involvement will include headcount and resource planning, purchase and finance administration, cost and expenditure tracking and operational administration.

On a day-to-day basis, you’ll be expected to process all requests expediently and actively raise, chase and track all orders or system steps. In addition to daily operations management, you’ll also be expected to take an active role in developing and improving cross-departmental processes and procedures, ranging from departmental template creation to Quality Operating Schedule improvements. There is also a potential opportunity to lead and coordinate the department’s visualisation (engineering augmented reality) and communication tools, depending on the facility-based requirements in these fields.

Along with a solid background gained in a relevant role, you’ll have strong communicational skills, meaning you’ll be comfortable capturing internal and external stakeholder needs, and you’ll also have the ability to work with sub-teams to identify operational inefficiencies which can be mitigated by system or process-related solutions. In addition, you’ll be capable of project managing the office and facilities, as well as coordinating invoicing and purchasing, As a natural self-starter, you’ll be motivated to deliver excellent customer service.

Specific knowledge of Jaguar Land Rover internal systems and processes is required, including RADS, SAP, PDL responses, O/T, raising Purchase Orders and finance, FMS, eTracker, IESA, travel and invoicing. Finally, a degree would be beneficial, but isn’t essential.

Bring all this to the home of premium innovation, and you’ll find the opportunities to further your career with a world-class team, a discounted car purchase and lease scheme for you and your family, membership of a competitive pension plan, and performance related bonus scheme. All this and more makes Jaguar Land Rover the perfect place to continue your journey. This role is also eligible for other additional allowances to base salary.

Jaguar Land Rover is committed to equal opportunities for all.
