WHAT TO EXPECT

Using state-of-the-art facilities, you’ll provide the power behind our vehicles working in our Powertrain Engineering team. You'll find the ideal balance between performance and sustainability, while responding to the environmental issues that shape our industry.

The eMachine Lead Development and Release Engineer will lead eMachine Programmes for new Jaguar Land Rover hybrid and electric vehicles, with responsibility for the development of the frozen design and its timely delivery and release.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

 It is essential you’ll have knowledge of electric machines fundamentals, including eMachine sub-components functions, as well as knowledge of eDrive systems including power electronic converters and inverters and eMachine control software and design philosophy. You’ll also have  people leadership, project management and planning skills along with good teamwork and excellent communication capabilities.
