Continually pushing the boundaries of innovation and redefining the benchmark for excellence, we set the standards others want to follow. We want to keep it that way too. Which is where you join the journey.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Our vehicles are admired and desired across the world for luxurious design and outstanding engineering. Driving them is an incredible experience; being the ideas and expertise behind their creation is even more exhilarating. Being part of our Engineering and Manufacturing team you'll join this journey.

In your new role as a Lead Engineer, you'll be responsible for the Electrification Propulsion System Computer-Aided Design Package and associated package compatibility maintenance. You'll provide the link between the Electrification Component Engineers and the Powertrain and Vehicle Package teams to deliver a complete system package that is compatible with both the vehicle and all other components.

You'll be responsible for creating new Computer-Aided Design models, taking input from Component Engineers and ensuring alignment to component specifications and the available package envelope. You'll lead the resolution of major package issues, negotiating between parties to both maintain engagement and resolve issues. You'll also escalate issues appropriately to ensure project quality and timing is maintained.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

Ideally you'll be a CATIA V5 or V6 active user, with exceptional Powertrain and Vehicle Package experience. You'll have good working knowledge of package visualisation tools, including Digibuck and Teamcenter, as well as knowledge of Battery Electric Vehicle, Mild Hybrid Electric Vehicle and Plug-in Hybrid Vehicle technology.

You'll be degree qualified in an engineering discipline, and you'll have exceptional programme management and complex stakeholder management skills. Proficient use of product development processes and issue management tools is beneficial, as is any experience of using Frequency Monitoring and Analysis tools.
