WHAT TO EXPECT
Joining us as a Marketing Brand Development Manager means you’ll be driving the entire business to unite behind our Land Rover brand model, ensuring that internal and external stakeholders understand the strategy and are engaged, and that the brand model stands the test of time. You’ll be producing corporate brand, product, and pillar strategies that bring the brand positioning to life, with clear and aligned brand DNA positions for each brand and pillar.

 

You’ll manage the generation of marketplace needs and trends to set the direction of future brand and product evolution, and you’ll monitor problem areas, defining planned brand and product enhancements. You’ll also support Land Rover brand and product campaigns, messaging, and navigation through frequent testing and data analysis, sharing results with the wider marketing community.

 

You’ll be:

 

  • Driving understanding and coherence behind the brand model
  • Building strategies behind brand DNA and pillar strategy
  • Ensuring brands keep up with marketplace evolution

 

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

You’ll join us with previous experience of working in a brand strategy role of similar brand management position, bringing a track record of delivering brand and product strategy solutions, ideally within a large, blue-chip company. You’ll be highly creative and innovative with the ability to develop and manage brand and product development programmes.

 

You’ll be used to working with brand and product research data, and you’ll be able to manage and govern multi-channel strategies, approaches, and projects. Ideally you’ll have worked in global markets, and you’ll posses strong analytical skills and the ability to measure performance and determine improvements through strategy adjustment.

 

At a personal level, you’ll have a customer-first mindset and be able to make people feel special, with a personalised, transparent, and dependable approach to working. You’ll also need to be energetic, creative, and enthusiastic, but with the right level of analytical rigour to ensure a pragmatic focus and strategic vision when it comes to achieving targets.
