Joining us as a Future Customer Experience Programme Manager, you’ll be responsible for delivery of our Connected Customer programmes.  Leading a team, you’ll deliver cutting edge “Connected” features and services into a range of vehicles by managing the implementation across our global organisation and markets.

 

We’re focussed on delivering premium experiences to our owners, and you’ll help to develop the strategy through providing the right tools and enablers to enable a multi-channel approach to aftersales customer contact.

 

You’ll also be directly accountable for the end-to-end programme management of Connected Customer solutions - the success of which is driven by close collaboration, both upstream (engineering) and downstream (Commercial).

 

You’ll be:

 

•             Monitoring the programme health through the resolution of risks and issues.

•             Maintaining the overall integrity and coherence of the programme and develop and maintain the programme environment to support the projects within it.

•             Managing the programme’s budget by monitoring and reporting costs against benefits as the programme progresses.

 

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

Ideally you’ll join us with experience of working in similar Programme/project and implementation role at management level, preferably with experience delivering large programmes.  You’ll have carried out future market analysis, and you’ll have plenty of experience of strategy / business case development, building cross-functional teams and project management. You’ll be proficient in communicating recommendations and influencing stakeholders.

 

Determined, highly driven, committed, and results-orientated you work with pace, energy, and confidence. Knowledge of Jaguar and Land Rover products, brands, and vehicles is advantageous. You’ll round out your career experience with Prince 2 or any similar project management relevant qualifications.
