Our Marketing, Sales and Service (MS&S) teams are responsible for all customer-facing activities, from developing and maintaining the dealer network to managing importers and export partners. Their responsibilities continue through to global sales planning and supply of vehicles to markets, the sales process to customers, and all global customer service and aftersales activities. 

As Customer Service Business Analyst role you’ll be responsible for operational management of the Customer Service agenda across our functions and markets. You’ll ensure that markets are delivering against objectives and that they have actions in place to drive improvement in performance.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

An experienced professional, you'll have a customer first mind-set, with strong business relationship behaviours. You'll be a self-starter and highly motivated with an analytical skill set.

You’ll need to be able to work independently, demonstrating the skill set needed to deliver operational plans in a complex, highly demanding environment. You’ll be able to combine a short term, pragmatic focus with medium term planning. Resilient and enthusiastic, you respond constructively to new ideas and inputs. With the ability to communicate complex ideas, you’ll be an effective team player, who actively develops and supports team members.
