As the HR Consultant, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the consistent delivery of frontline HR support to Jaguar Land Rover employees across the UK and International HR Managers.

You'll be responsible for ensuring that consistent and best practice HR advice is delivered whilst adhering to SLA’s and maintaining good customer satisfaction feedback. With this role being at the front end of the new HR service that has recently been launched, you’ll be offered a great opportunity to progress with your HR career.

In your role you’ll be the first point of contact for customer, answering customer queries) on policy and procedures as well as being responsible for building rapport with customers, accurately understanding customer query, and delivering excellent service to customers.

You’ll execute transactions on behalf of the employee and support triage customer requests and queries, applying judgement to hand over complex queries to the complex query management team or specialist queries to Professional Services. You’ll effectively utilise the ticketing tool by creating, accurately recording and managing customer requests as well as promote the use of customer self-service by coaching customers to utilise the internal portal.


As the HR Consultant in HR Shared Services centre, you’ll ideally be CIPD qualified or working towards it and/or equivalent experience for the role as well as having experience of having worked in a Shared Service environment.

Naturally you’ll have excellent communication skills and have experience of key HR practices such as disciplinary, grievances, absence management and recruitment. You’ll be able to organise yourself to ensure prioritisation of workload to meet SLA’s as well as being able to work in a fast paced environment with a proactive approach to change.

You’ll ideally be SAP proficient with working knowledge of ticketing systems – preferably CloudforService (C4S).
