In your new role as a Virtual Design and Construction Validation Lead, you’ll be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining test frameworks and architectures for our current and future Infotainment platforms. Leading a team of developers both onsite and offshore, you’ll deliver automation framework and test scripts according to the highest quality standards, whilst developing a common strategy between all stakeholders within each Infotainment system.


Acting as the single point of contact for Virtual Design and Construction system-level validation, you’ll lead Virtual Design and Construction validation on our test rigs using VITAL software, defining test criteria and planning a rig / vehicle test plan including properties and resources. You’ll also be managing supplier relationships, including the supplier process verification.




You’ll join is with extensive experience of working with our Infotainment products, displaying a strong appreciation of our processes and requirements. You’ll have lead teams in the efficient design and delivery of solutions to software problems, including the use of automated test frameworks and rigs within both onshore and offshore teams.


You’ll understand vehicle networks and you’ll have worked with software including CAN and FlexRay, as well as software architecture tools and development models. You’ll have a technical degree or relevant experience within the automotive industry, and you’ll have a technical background working with either physical, electrical or software-based technology.
