Which is where you join the journey.

Within the Product Integration team, our focus isn’t simply about keeping launches on time and on budget, it is about pursuing unrivalled standards of quality and stimulating excitement across the globe. Ultimately we ensure the launch of every new vehicle is as flawless as the products themselves.

As Launch Manager in our Manufacturing Product Integration (MPI) organisation, you’ll be joining a team responsible for leading all launch activities. Through coordination of all business functions, we have the objective of achieving flawless product launches, on time and to cost, achieving quality targets, and delivering to the highest levels of customer satisfaction.

You’ll ensure efficient and timely resolution of any team roadblocks, providing strategic leadership in using appropriate risk analysis tools on launch feasibility. You’ll resolve technical, functional or manufacturing issues prior to the start of production using robust problem solving techniques, and support the development of cosmetic, dimensional and functional quality processes and roadmaps to deliver quality objectives.
Managing launch team reporting documentation, you’ll feed this back to senior management and stakeholders. You’ll lead and support the strategic development of cross-functional launch plans and develop and manage the programme budgets required to deliver model year or new model launches.
As an experienced project manager, you’ll have a firm understanding of the methodologies and planning used for managing complex projects across multifunctional teams and suppliers. As strong, experienced leader, you’ll motivate your team to resolve issues and promote a culture of continuous improvement via lessons learned and best practice.
Possessing high levels of business acumen, you’ll be capable of both understanding and submitting budget inputs, along with a thorough, logical, and structured approach to problem-solving and with high attention to detail. In addition, you’ll have previous experience of leading and coordinating multifunctional teams including Manufacturing Engineering, Production Operations, and Product Development. You’ll have strong communication, presentation and networking skills.
Ideally, you’ll be qualified to a degree level in an appropriate technical or business management discipline, have experience in in vehicle program management or new model introduction activities, and will be comfortable with working overseas on long-term projects.

Bring all this to the home of premium innovation, and you will find the opportunities to further your career with a world-class team.
